01The family
| Document | When it’s used | Pages | Commercial | Council |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Proposal | After the first call. The only place pricing appears. | 4 | HTML PDF | HTML PDF |
| Scope | Before a production build: what is included, who runs it, what it depends on. | 4 | HTML PDF | HTML PDF |
| Handover runbook | At handover, then kept current by the client. | 6 | HTML PDF | HTML PDF |
| Decision record | Each time a rule is added or changed. | 2 | HTML PDF | HTML PDF |
Each template is one HTML file that prints to A4, one page per sheet. Open it in a browser and print to PDF, or run google-chrome --headless --print-to-pdf. Example Co. and Example Shire are fictional; every number is example data.
03Council variants
- Example Shire Council. Resident issues replace enquiries, and wards replace sites.
- Operators are officers by role: Coordinator, Customer Service; Manager, Community Services.
- The proposal carries a quotation request reference slot and a 30-day timeline, never six weeks.
- Costs during the proof are approved by the Council before work starts. Review follows the budget cycle.
- "In confidence" in the footer. The client’s own classification marking replaces it if they ask.
