ApprovedOwner: Wes FischerUpdated 13 Oct 2026

01One template, three starters

  1. Each starter is a copy of the approved HTML deck template v1.2. css/ and js/ are unchanged; only the slides differ.
  2. Ten slides each: title, the decision, two evidence slides, what we build, what you own, the 30-day proof, the offer, about and close.
  3. Every client is fictional and every number is example data, tagged on the slide.
  4. One Forest element per slide, as the template sets. No prices: the offer slide carries "Pricing is set in the proposal after scoping."

05Making a client deck

  1. Copy the starter closest to the client and rename the folder, for example 2026-10-example-co-proof/.
  2. Replace every example value and source line. Keep the "Example data" tag only on slides that still hold example data.
  3. Keep the four owned items in order, logic first, and say the zero-copy concession from the speaker notes when you present that slide.
  4. Close on one ask, Book a call. No summary, thank-you or questions slide.
